The SA-5 pick guard is essentially the same as an SA-50 using 5 ply pick guard material. The differences are for the spacing and width of the SA-5 pickups. Print the template out by using the print scaling to achieve the actual dimensions shown. Then cut it out and make your own template from wood or plexi-glass. The drawing shows the dimensions of the bottom of the pickguard. The top’s dimensions are less as there is a 45 degree bevel applied to the top and sides. The bottom sections are NOT beveled!
